As of February 23 2018, CRAM Fashion has a brand new look website and domain name. Please be aware that only newer merchandise will be shown on the website. More will be added as new shipments arrive in store Monday-Friday each week.
We aim to post everything we receive in store, however sometimes images are not available. Please be aware that we have a lot more merchandise in store than what is shown on the website.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
As a service to our customers, merchandise purchased with non-sale prices may be returned within 7 days accompanied with the original sales receipt and original packaging & tags for store credit or exchange. Items including: Bags, swimwear, underwear, gloves, eye-glasses, eye-wear, hats, and altered merchandise are final. Sale items are FINAL SALE. No cash or credit card refunds
CAN YOU HOLD AN ITEM FOR ME?
Unfortunately, we are unable to hold items that have not yet been purchased. If you have already purchased an item, we can hold it in the store for you to pick up at a later time if you wish.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET NEW SHIPMENTS?
We receive shipments of new merchandise every week, Monday-Friday. The best way to follow the new arrivals in the store is to follow our social media, or check the website. All new merchandise is posted the day off arrival in store.
DO YOU SHIP MERCHANDISE?
If you have purhcased merchandise in the store, we do offer shipping across the U.S. For more information about the process, please call us at 773.477.1737 or ask the associate in the store.
DO YOU HAVE OTHER LOCATIONS OR AN ONLINE STORE?
We only have one location, at 3331 N Broadway, Chicago, IL. At this time, we do not have an online store.
WHAT IS THE LARGEST SIZE YOU CARRY?
The largest waist size we offer is a 36, and our shirts are mostly from Small - Extra Large. Sometimes we may be able to order a specific size for you if we do not have it in store at the time. Please be sure to ask a sales associate or manager about this.
