HEALTH & SAFETY AT CRAM
The health and safety of our employees and customers is of paramount importance as we re-open our brick & mortar doors post COVID-19 closure.
We are taking extra precautions at the store and implementing new health and safety measures in accordance with City of Chicago & State of Illinois guidelines. We want to remain transparent with our customers about what measures have been put in place for our re-opening.
UPDATED GUIDELINES (11.22.2021)
It is mandatory for all customers and employees to wear masks inside the store
Extra hand sanitizer will be provided at the door and at checkout
Extensive cleaning of the fitting rooms and store will be done each morning, afternoon and at the end of each day
BUSINESS CHANGES:
We are now taking appointments for in store shopping for customers that do not feel comfortable being at the store during regular business hours. These appointments can be made online and for up to groups of 8 people. Please note that these appointments will be available for select days and times.
Our online store pick ups will be available during store hours. Please do not come to the store to pick up your order unless you have received an email notification informing you that it is ready for pick up. All customers MUST wear face masks when entering the store. We are happy to bring the order to you curbside if you do not have a mask with you.
