Order placed online have either a USPS Ground Shipping rate or Free in store pick up.

Returns & Exchanges (In-store & Online)

As a service to our customers, merchandise purchased with non-sale prices may be returned within 7 days accompanied with the original sales receipt and original packaging & tags for store credit or exchange.

If you have purchased an item online and wish to return or exchange for another size, please email us at crammanager@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. This HAS to be done within 7 days of purchase. If return or exchange is accepted, the item must be in original condition with tags still attached.

Items including: Face Masks, Bags, swimwear, underwear, gloves, eye-glasses, eye-wear, hats, and altered  merchandise are final. Sale items are FINAL SALE.

No cash or credit card refunds for in store purchases.

Credit Card refund for online purchases if initiated within 7 days.
